It's the Weekend...

Sleep is all I wanna do.

I have been SO TIRED this week. I blame it on the time change and the subsequent depression I sink into every year...it gets dark before I've left work, and I need my sunshine...I've been trying to keep my head above water, but really...all I wanna do is sleep.

So, sleep this weekend. That's the prescription. Unfortunately I won't be able to do a lot of that :(

How about a light box? They're prescribed here in UK for people who suffer severely from SAD. Hope you get some sleep.

I definitely know the feeling. Get as much rest as you can, even if it means saying NO to some things. :)

Oh what I wouldn't give for some sleep! My daughter refuses to acknowledge the DST change and instead gets up with her internal clock...which now means 5am instead of the usual 6am. The nerve!!

Hope you get the sleep you need!

Hang in there - I have a rough time with the darkness as well. I can't drive after dark so I'm pushing it just to go to work and back. If I go to the gym after (or before), I'm definitely driving when I shouldn't be.

I hope you got some rest this wknd.
