I know. EVERYONE under the sun has a chicken salad recipe. But it seems like everyone under the Southern sun puts apples/grapes/nuts/or a combo of those into their chicken salad. Ugh. I can't handle that.
Sooo...after perusing several versions of a chicken salad recipe, I've come up with Lora's version. It's a little out there. But if you have weird tastes like I do, you may just like it :0) I should just mention right now that the measurements I'm listing here are approximate and I adjust it every time!
Chicken Salad
6 frozen or thawed chicken strips
1/2 cup mayonaise
1 stalk celery, chopped
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tablespoon Tabasco or other hot sauce (adjust this for your spiciness preference)
1/4 packet of ranch dressing mix
freshly ground pepper
Boil chicken. Cut/shred into pieces (your preference on size) and mix with all other ingredients. Serve with a great slice of white bread or crackers. YUM.

Sounds delicious.
I like to use roasted chicken leftovers for my chicken salad. Also, I mix a bit of mustard with the mayo. But I agree about no apples/grapes/nuts/etc.
